Cancellation Policy

Subscription Service Agreement for Tabletop Game Sessions via Discord Cedilia Holding Company Pty Ltd (ABN 25 651 728 399) This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for Celestial Events’ tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) subscription service via Discord. By subscribing, you agree to these terms. 1. Subscription Plans Upfront Plan: $400 for 12 sessions over six months. Payment Plan: $220 upfront, with $220 due after 12 weeks. One Shot: $50 for a single 3-hour session. Game Leaders may be replaced at Celestial Events’ discretion with prior notice. Refunds are issued only if a campaign is canceled due to insufficient participants. Missed sessions or changes of mind are non-refundable. 2. Cancellations & Changes If a Game Leader is unavailable, a replacement or makeup session will be arranged at no extra cost. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled. 3. Content Disclaimer & Mental Health Sessions may include mature or challenging themes. Members participate at their own risk and should assess their mental health before subscribing. Technical Requirements Members must have: A stable internet connection. A working microphone. A device compatible with Discord. A valid Discord account is required to participate in sessions. 6. Members do not gain ownership rights. 7.2 Brand Protection All materials, scenarios, and content provided remain the property of Celestial Events. Members must not harm the company’s reputation through negative actions or false statements, as this may result in termination and legal action. 8. Limitation of Liability Celestial Events is not responsible for indirect damages. 9. Termination Members can cancel anytime, but payments are non-refundable.
